Positive: The Condado Hotel offers an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with great local recommendations. The location right on the ocean provides breathtaking views, and the rooms are beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to San Juan.
Negative: The rooster who crowed all night.

Positive: Excellent overall experience. Hotel does not really have a beach, but able to use its sister hotel right next store only a short walk.

Negative: I would have preferred a bigger pool - it got crowded. But there was ample space upstairs to lay out.

Negative: One of the two elevators on the moon tower did not work The air condition if you leave the fan on never stops cooling regardless what temperature you put it.

Positive: It is an ocean front property with a great view. The hotel is close to many restaurants and Old San Juan is an easy car ride. Staff were all very nice. Great services throughout. They also have a great gym.
Negative: For a luxury hotel, the wall was surprisingly very very thin. We could hear everything in the neighboring room but that’s not all. When the neighbors are “active” on bed, our bed was also shaking. We also spotted a cockroach in our bathroom. As said above, we loved many aspects to of the hotel but not these.
